well s the legandary bird does so shall i. i crashed and burned hit rock bottom. but now i'm rising. i feel myself coming back. i am regaining my power and ascending bnack to my throne. those times in past a temporary loss. each time i fall i come bak with more knoledge more strength. i change i surpass what once was. for awhile i've been down depressed hiding it from all. but it is disperssing and i feel better than i have for sometime. i find myself doing things i never thought i was capable of. now it seems too easy. i must find my new limits and push them further i've learned from the past and mistakes made. i'm older and wiser and inproving more each day. i'm truely greatfull to all who have helpoed even if unknowingly. i realize i'm better than i thought. thanks everyone.
