It's Ours
Well the waiting and torment of underwriters is done.crash187 closed on our house on Fri. at 11 am.
We celebrated with Pizza and wine and the kids had Sparkling grape juice. On the new front porch
Sat. I loaded the back trunk with every cleaning supply known to man and also paper products and things we hadn't bought for a while and I knew we we were getting low on. I actually had to use a Flat bed when I went to Sam's Club.
Off to the New House to meet with the contractor who will be doing all the minor repairs and such before we move in for good in 2 weeks. We got yard work done yesterday to a yard that is actually ours. What a nice feeling.
Now it's really time to start packing this house up and throwing crap away. So if any one would like to help feel free.
