Dinner: BBQ pork, steak fries
Make muffins and PB&J
Muffin recipe:
1 c. flour
1 c. whole oats
1 cup milk
1/4 c. Peanut butter
1 egg
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c finely shredded carots
1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water
Combine drys, add wets, stir just until mixed (will be lumpy. Add carrots and raisins. Bake in muffin tin at 400 for 20 minutes
