All right, I think I'm ready to talk about this without wanting to kill something.
Anyway, our first housing payment is due by Monday, the 1st. Ok, my dad paid it last Monday and the check cleared yesterday. So I got online and checked my status and it said that they applied the payment to the summer session, which I am NOT going. That was problem number one.
So I called my dad and talked to him and then went to housing services and talked to them about. But then the lady was went off and was like "You're payment is being returned." What the fuck? Exactly. Apparently they were sending it back to my dad for no reason, the lady didn't even know what was going on. That was problem number two. So, after getting all the information I could out of her and went to get lunch and called my dad back and told him what was happening. Oi, I then had to go back to housing services and my dad wanted to talk to the lady, so I sat there for like 10 minutes while she was talking to my dad, all the while my lunch was getting cold because I had my roommate take it back up to the room for me.
I left there with no progress made at all. I went back to my room to eat and then my dad called again and was like, the money they were sending back was put back into the account for SJSU, but it was still applied to the summer session. OMG! So I'm back at square one, and if this doesn't get fixed by tomorrow morning I have to go BACK and talk to them again. Ugh...
If this doesn't get resloved before Monday I'm dropped from everything. Dandy ain't it?
