First, I want to share a couple (sadly low-quality) pictures of a totally awesome birthday present I - or rather Bingley - received from thepresidentrix in the mail!

I also wanted to mention a couple posts at Relatively Entertaining which might be relevant to y'all's interests, so to speak.
There's one I made as a supplement to my 10 Classic Films post, since I hadn't included a lot of genre classics: 5 Classic Crime Thrillers [here]. Personal favorite: Charade.
The other is a commentary on the recent casting announcements for HBO's Game of Thrones pilot [here]. Highlights: Jennifer Ehle! Sean Bean! Harry Lloyd! (A warning though - if you're a George R. R. Martin devotee you may not love some of my ponderings.)
