My roommate was watching the Today Show and I caught a short interview with Kal Penn. He is giving up acting to work full-time for the Obama administration's PR department.
In most cases I'd just be impressed to see an actor change careers in order to make a real difference in the world. But this case is a bit sad, too, because Kal Penn was making a difference in the world.
