The first thing I said when I finished Deathly Hallows was "there's way too much in this to make a decent two+ hour movie."

Personally, I hope it's true. Especially if they film them together and release them in a summer/Thanksgiving one-two punch. If they try to fit it in one film it'll either be longer than ROTK or missing half the story, and I don't like either of those options.
