BOOK: An Edith Wharton book that isn't morbidly depressing? I didn't think such a thing existed but my sister said, read
The Glimpses of the Moon. I did and it was a very interesting read. How many books begin with the main characters on their honeymoon? It's sort of a Painted Veil (minus the cholera) story in a rich-people-in-Europe, F. Scott Fitzgeralish setting. Worth checking out.
MOVIE: You don't have to go to Atonement to see James McAvoy being adorable - just rent
Starter for Ten. Cute British film about college students in the '80s doing a TV quiz show, falling in love and having silly mishaps.
SONG: I've recently fallen in love with U2's
October, a short soft melancholy song I'd never noticed before next to their impassioned ballads, but which I now adore.
