muddled monday (and not in the good cocktail kind of way)

Yeah. So there are a zillion things other than posting here that I should be doing ... I am determined to clear my work desk off and start the new year fresh. But I am having trouble concentrating after yesterday's migraine. I haven't had one (I think) since that really bad spell in October when I had like three in a two week span. And it would have been awkward to call off sick these last three working days, so having a migraine on a Sunday wasn't ALL bad. Although it did mean I had to miss the leftover Beef Bourguignon sunday dinner and I was rather looking forward to that. (The parentals had a dinner party Friday night, and there were the leftovers). (They're in their 70s and not sure about their the two couples they invited, but similar probably, who arrived at 5 pm and went home by 8pm. Such an early bird dinner party :D)

All of which is to say ... if I missed anything you think I should have seen, give me a shout out.

Also, if you happen to know of a Merlin centric comm let me know. I'm thinking of posting my little Merlin fic from Friday, but it was deemed not slashy enough for a merlin/arthur comm ... so ... anyway... moving on to other venues. Would like more than the one comment it got on AO3. *shrugs* but it's not all that crucial.

Okay, back to work work. Just watched a thing on educational tracking hosted by Andre Braugher, and he was wearing a blue shirt, braces, and a belt. It made me smile. Plus, y'know... Andre Braugher.
