i've only eaten breakfast foods today, at non-breakfast hours
at ctm just now, katie and i shared a bagel & a realization. we both want to have our cake and eat it too. only, she'd wants to have her cake and then eat it too, and i want to eat my cake and then have it too.
(sorry there aren't semi pictures, the ones my mom took before we left are cute but have REALLY SCARY RED-EYE and i don't know how to fix it..)

+ watching katie interact with/chase around my cat & hamster with her digital camera. katie, post some of those pictures of my cat!! they were way cute. he's more photogenic than we are.
+ oatmeal w/ raisins & brown sugar at 5:45
+ fretting & primping with katie & claudine while ETHAN WAS STUCK IN THE LIVING ROOM WITH MY PARENTS FOR NEARLY AN HOUR AND A HALF!
+ pre-game & dinner at taj mahal w/ us & our dates (...eventually) plus zoe & michael.
+ seeing ms. termini & ms. cook & alli (magentah)!!!
+ going to semi and actually dancing to non-slow songs (truthfully, i didn't see that coming!)
+ afterparty... all i have to say about that is: THANK YOU, ELENI! (if you still read this?)
+ watching katie wrench claudine out of eleni's house (actually, that wasn't such fun) (it was more fun to have haggai call me a bitch!)
+ eating at happy days (thank goodness for 24-hour diners) with sleepy claudy, katie, garrett & ethan and getting hit on by the old guy at the cash register
+ contentedly falling asleep at 6 a.m. with four of the kids i love best nearby
+ waking up at 2 p.m. and talking for an hour, the first one-on-one time we'd had for a while, with katie
+ waking up the boy at 3 p.m. for breakfast
+ chilling in my house... listening to the infamous DEREK PLAYLIST...
+ going to ctm at twilight (completely not taking advantage of today's bright-lookin' daytime)
like... i had such a blast, i really just let myself enjoy it. (i love you ALL!!)
