Where Did That Come From?
Last night michaelmink asked what on earth triggered my memory, such as it was, of The Kids From C.A.P.E.R. At the time I wasn't sure, since it was something that had bugged me from time to time. But after a night's sleep, I realized there was a specific trigger. It was bronxelf_ag001's post about a deliveryman stuck in a Tracy Towers elevator for four days. Perhaps not that post itself, but the response to the first comment: City law: anything above six stories gets an elevator.
That is likely what reminded me of the show. I started wondering just how tall a building had ever been built without an elevator and it leads right to the memory of that TV show, though not to a real answer.
