Well, lessee. It's not too late to learn how to sew. At least, what you would need for this. :)

There are any number of fursuit makers who will undertake commissions to make you a full suit, a partial suit, or just a head, if you provide working drawings of the look you want. Disadvantages: many have waiting lists, all are pretty pricy. Advantages: professional quality results, experience produces good features.

Hooves are a whole topic unto themselves, and there is a mailing list devoted to the topic. Cordite Eposognatus is the list owner, and it's on Yahoo Groups. The list name is 'hooves'. Not just for horses.

For a real good look on cloven hooves for your hands, I would suggest taking black gloves but stitching or gluing the fingers together in two pairs (so you have a thumb and two doubled fingers, a sort of perpetual Vulcan salute) and then use plastic, leather, or another suitable material to make the hooftops to go over each of the two "fat" fingers. You'll still be able to open doors and handle stuff without taking the gloves off, but the look will be quite believable.

If you want plantigrade feet, then the easiest thing to do is make some kind of "spats" that fit over a pair of shoes and look like large hooftops. Improve the overall look by adding padding under the ankle in back to look like the raised heel of a digitigrade hoof.

A partial suit is a good way to start out, I think. You may want to try the fursuit community for more advice. Many of the professionals hang out in there. Ask you questions, you'll get more advice than you can process, probably.
