Alas there is only one pain staking way to do this at the moment nd thats to go through every enty edit it and switch to friends only.
I suggest opening many tabs of 20 entries at a time and doing it that way.
Sorry it had to come to this.

Yeah... I had over 1.5 years to go through when I made the switch.
You really need a weekend to do it.
But hey its worth it if the hasseling stops.
Change your password too if you think the person will go to any means to harrass you.
