I'm back a little later than I expected to be. The less said about break the better, though I did obtain a few gifts for select friends at the beginning. Sae, one of those gifts has your name on it, if you'd like to join me at your convenience.
I would like to keep news of my, let's use the word accident, shall we? I would like to keep it as quiet as possible, though I am sure mother has already alerted her network of friends. I'll tell Sae personally when he visits, if he hasn't heard already.
I'm not sure just what is flowing through the grapevine at the moment or how much the press has released, but I do know I don't want to be reminded of it anymore than is necessary, so be a dear, if you would and get rid of any papers or magazines in my immediate possession that host any mentioning of the incident.
Now, I believe I'd like one of those lovely pills they prescribed for the pain. My shoulders burn as if they're on fire and the rest of me we won't go into any discussion of.
