ACTION
Fighting Setzer likely won't dilberately pick fights, but he can fight. Of course his method of fighting just happens to be using objects which can fit in one's hand and using them as a flying projectile. He's good enough to turn dice, playing cards, coins etc into deadly weapons. Watch out if you pick a fight with him even with nothing small at hand, even with nothing to throw, Setzer still has a hidden ace up his sleeve with his Slots ability. See his app for details on it.
Injuries I'm open for the man getting injured, just plot with me if its anything more serious than a flesh wound.
Killing Not without good plot-related reason please.
Telepathy/mind-reading You can do this, just tell me you're going to do it if you're doing it to get info to use in-game with it via the mind-reading.
RELATIONS
Hugging Hug him all you want, you might get a curious look if you're male. If you're female, he might just hug you back ;D
Flirting He does his share of this with the ladies; feel free to do it back at him. If you're female, he'll likely do it right back at you; if you're male you'll get a sideways look, but it'll likely still stroke his vanity if its about his looks.
Kissing and/or other intimate actions Feel free to kiss him or what not, especially if you're female. While he'll be curious just as to why you're kissing him, unless there's a reason to push you away or not kiss you.. he'll likely kiss back or respond in a possibly positive manner. If you're male.. well..you can still do it.. but I doubt he'll appreciate it.
Anything else you'd like to make known? Setzer had/has insecurity issues he's still dealing with; they likely came due to his first friends (and possible lady love) death. It shook him up pretty badly, he's gotten better about it via dealing with the memory and emotions it deals with, but its like a scar you could say.
