Five *unusual* pieces of paperwork that came out of the SGC/IOA/Atlantis
1. Medical records pertaining to the emergency surgical removal of a tail-like appendage spontaneously formed above patient’s buttocks after interaction with an unknown alien device. Documents indicate patient medically stable but emotionally agitated by presence of tail, insisted upon its immediate removal.
