ah..my Etude House loots & Esprique loots...hehe
I went shopping today. Went to visit Etude house wanting to get their Moistful primer but in the end,I skipped that primer and gotten the above goodies.
1) 2 VIP girls lipstick
2) 2 hair clips
3) 1 cuticle scrub
4) 1 hand mask (for mummy)
5) 1 foot mask (for me)
4) 1 Face highlighter
5) 1 Dear Darling nail polish
6) 1 Green tea nose pack
As for Espirique:
1) Makeup base
2) Mascara in Volume
3) Auto Eyebrow pencil
4) Eyebrow refill
I wanted to go to Etude House JB just to get one item and I ended up with tons. Some of the SA there know me well. They don't even bother to explain the uses of certain items to me anymore.haha..they kinda know I have done prior research before getting the items. So I ended up with a bag of goodies.I certainly wasn't thinking of getting any lippstick ,but I saw them having a 50% discount on the VIP girl lippie,I couldn't resist. So I gotten myself two colours..

The OR205,really looks very nude when swatched.Not orangey at all.I regret not getting another one.I fancy another pink colour (PK005).Might go back to get it if I manage to still bump into their 50% discount.hehe..tested the lippie on my hand,the colour is great.
sheer and gives a glossy finish.Appears moisturising as well.I'm yet to give it a road test though.I love the shades and not to mention the packaging.I dun even feel like throwing the box away.I'm such a packaging-whore.haha..
After Etude House,I went to Metrojaya (a departmental store in M'sia) and since they were having a member's day.Both Mummy and I were eyeing some clothes and shoes there. However,I ended up with these...
Espirique Dramatical Stay Base
I was recommended this by the SA instead of the other one,she said tat the other one is too moisturising.
I've been wanting to get the Esprique makeup base for the longest time. I went up to the counter to get only that initially but since it was RM98 and there was a promo for spending RM120 and I'm entitiled to RM20 of gift voucher. So I caved in and got the mascara. After that, the BA told me that there is a promo for members whereby I'm entitled to a towel and RM40 voucher if I spent RM300 since my total for the mascara+MU primer is already RM180 so might as well spend up till RM240 to get extra vouchers.So all in all I spent RM307 for these items.I dun regret getting them.Especially the Dramatical Stay Base by Esprique.I was lemming for it since it launched.And on top of that,I cajoled the BA to help me trim my brows for free.hehe...and I told Mummy to get herself a CNY gift,since I saw that her EL 2 way cake is totally used up but she refused.So I had no choice but to give her a gift in terms of voucher.haha..she too received a free eyebrow trimming.
Mummy was contemplating on getting Espirique's 2 way cake.Since the BA tested it on her and ite was good.I personally prefer Jap/Korean brands esp for their powders. They are finer then 'ang moh' brands. I can definitely testify to that.My MAC 2 way cake is bad.It is cakey.And the BA recommended me saying that it will not cake.Bullshit...I now use it with a big brush instead. Ok..back to Kose lady and Mummy.
Was told by the Kose lady that the total for the 2 way cake & case was RM145 and mummy was shocked at the price of the 2 way case.
She said she love Kose for their 2 way cake and is a faithful user of it last time until they (Kose) discontinued the Sonia powder. It was then the clever SA told mummy that they still have Sonia's refill 2 way cake for sale but no case -_-..so mummy said,tat she will prefer Sonia over Espirique. I told her to get Espirique,she says its a waste of $$ for the case and she is positive she kept the old Sonia case somewhere at home.So now..I have to help her dig for the Sonia case. In the car mummy told me,she wants to buy the Sonia 2 way cake,with no case.I told her,up to her since she can use the vouchers to deduct.
From this,I can see the difference in mummy and me.She is so thrifty compared to me.I'm a MU-whoe.hai..ashamed..still..can't give back my Espirique items to the lady.haha..Mummy will never hesitate to buy me an item I like or want even if it is really expensive yet,she is so thrifty, using my sample 2 way cakes (those I get as GWP) instead of buying a new one.(ok..though I support myself now financially,mummy doesn't take a singel cent frm me.)
