Sorry for the delay; my doujinshi were all packed away since they're almost never asked about.

C2 would be Aiboka, so, it's a 28 page collab between Dalc Rose and Neowani. Both stories are comic.
There's a bit of a... curve? by the bottom of the spine, but the book's not really bent. It's only noticeable if you're looking for it. Apart from that, the condition seems fine to me.

Since flats and non-flats are usually safer shipped separately, here's a couple different quotes:

Button and cleaner - $23.50 as a gift, or $24.77 as goods
Doujin alone - $10.50 as a gift, or $11.24 as goods
Button, cleaner and doujin, same parcel - $29.50 as a gift, or $31.03 as goods
Button, cleaner and doujin, separate parcels - $34 as a gift, or $35.69 as goods

If it lets you select a shipping address, it's always goods.
