I think you forgtot to add a y on the first word of the second to last sentence.

The first word of the second to last sentence is 'but'. I wouldn't know where to put a y in there. I am confused.

Another wonderful story! Poor John, he was very cool. This whole concept is quite sad, I think - dividing a person into a Time Lord part and a human part... and making the Doctor feel guilty in the end. That's not very fair to him!
