This year, the aliens in my nose came back with a vengeance.
About every spring, I usually get some kind of minor tickle in the nose, maybe sound a little funny, lasts like two or three days, whatever.
Not this time. It's been something of a roller-coaster ride. My dumb-ass gave it a three-day headstart thinking it was the usual - hit some vitamin C, maybe some echinacea (I can't spell).
Headaches, throat/voice drama, and allt he other fun things that go with sinusits
Decided to work the saline treatment, via the jala neti pot. Damn if that thing isn't wonderful!
Salt water goes in, all the junk making you sick comes out. Beautiful.
Thus starts my son's spring break. And he's up, time to walk dog and figure out what we're doing today.
