ZOMG, SNOW! This cool. Though very wet. I should probably try avoiding puddles.

T_______T I hate clubs day. I always walk around, think how cool all these things are, and avoid talking to and/or meeting the eyes of any of the people. Embarrassed myself amazing at the anime booth when the guy actually said something to me, though I did manage to sign my name on the sheet and find out when the were meeting. Proof that while I may be getting over my shyness, large crowds still falling under the listing as NOT A GOOD THING.

Also talked to the guy at the kayak club thing. The meet at the pool. Yay, fun. I think I'm going to check it out. I'll need to get a bathing suit that fits, though. =_=;; My one I have cuts off all the circulation to my hips. It's really quite lovely. I think I got it about four years ago, or something. >>; Which would explain the hip-death, anyway.

Enjoying 4/5 of my classes, though I've already fallen slightly behind on my reading. @_@; I'm going to spend this weekend catching up/getting ahead.

Classes are:

Anth 200, which is good except for the 2 hour tutorial. It's pretty much a separate class all on its own. Wow. But yeah, we went over a bunch of case studies in class that I actually hadn't heard of yet, so it was nice.

English 200a medieval lit, where I keep expecting my prof to say 'dude.' I think he has a couple of times. But yeah, he's really very funny, and still knows his stuff, so it's fun.

English 215 creative non-fiction. Fun and we get to write non-scholarly stories. No scholarly work in at least one class makes me a bit gleeful. Except that we had a grammar quiz yesterday, and I was the last one out. Mostly 'cause I had a question and this one girl kept talking to him... blearg.

English 366b shakespeare hist/tragedies All that happy stuff. Enjoying it quite a bit, actually. Prof goes into detail about the history of the time, and Why Shakespeare Was A Sadistic Bastard When He Wrote About Henry IV With The Million Other Guys Named Henry. Very amusing. ^^

EDCI 350 high school literature. I guess I haven't given it much of a chance, since it's only been one class, but between the having to act like a 3-year-old for class credit, having to write a paragraph on 'what I learned this class,' and the first assignment being 'why was I motivated to take this class,' you'll have to excuse my skepticism. Damn required courses anyway.

Yesh, loveeerly snow. I want to go and take pictures. The sky is all dark and gloomy looking. *squishes*

Also, everyone should love "Firefly" and "Serenity" as they are beautiful and funny and awesome. XD~

Byebye.
