Yep I definately feel all growed up today. I bought my own Febreeze. You know the day you go to the store, and purchase your very own bottle of Febreeze because the air conditioner in your room is broken and made your room smell bad is the day you have become a big girl (or boy). I also bought my favorite tea. It is sooo good its called Iga Nin Cha, it is like chinese tea with a hint of coffee or something, its really good. And i bought these like whipe things that everyone has in gym class for your sweat. And something that i tried to read the Hirigana on, but it was one of those cool words that tricks you, and idk Japanese is a weirdo. Today i did nothing constructive... ididnt even learn one word in Japanese. hahah I am horrible. So the first day of school was silly. lol I was the white girl everyone wanted to get a look at. I was sitting in the important pricipal dudes office and people would like sneak a peak through the door. Then i had to give my little speech in front of all of them in the Gym. Its so funny I felt like a celeberty people come up to me everyday all the time abd go Ashley Ashley and i turn around and wave and say hello or good morning in Japanese and they all giggle and go kawaii! (which means cute) Idk if i am cute cause i am waving, or becaise i am speaking japanese, or i am white, or a mixture of them...but its funny. People like plan to ride the bus with me, because in Japan you take public Transportation to school. Its really wierd to have poeple like want to be your frined. School sucks, lol my Gym teacher likes to make fun of my lack of Japanese. and he will say something and i say Hai (yes) and then he laughs. lol its silly. I shouldnt say school sucks actually its okay. But when you sit there for 10 hours and cant speak you either think or practice Japanese...its a very long day. Plus i have a private room for some classes...cause they think i can understand math and stuff...i cant. Toyama High school is one of the hardest schools in the State. like 2nd hardest. Ehhh But for classes like Classic Japaese and World Histor and Social Stdies. I have this room. Its pretty sweet, but try being in a room for 2 hours with nothing to do but practice Japanese. I went to a Rotary meeting this week and got my 150 dollar allowence (every month), lol then I missed where I was supposed to get off on the Street Trolly. Ohh funny funny. But i got back to school. I was a bit late (woohoo missed running) and we did softball drills. That was cool, they had a lefty glove, i was lucky. My pricipal was sooo surprised when he found out i was left handed he was like, In America many people are left handed I waa like...no not many. Friday i had Starbucks yay! and oday we had Mr. Donuts for Dinner cause noone got home til like 7. I love osicre dinners like that. I sat down and laughed...we had Eggplant from last night. beans and this weird veggie that reminded me of a rat fetus coating. and donuts. lol there was a Churro I never ate one at home...so why not try an american food(i think) in japan. Ohh i found Nutella at the grocery store last night. that is good news. Well i dont feel like typing more soo yesh. Tomorrow is the day we go on trips. So idk where we are going.
