Jack Club (Bio for Gaia Ignore if you like) Background Info.
Jack at the age of 19 while driving home from visiting a friend. Saw a man struggling on the ground. Got into a car crash and died. Time froze, and a strange blue aura surrounded the area. It was at this time that a man referring to himself as the boatman, visited him, holding out to him a card. The card had the silhouette of a strange looking individual, and beneath it, it read; “Fool”, followed by three “0”s. The man told Jack that if he wished to live beyond today, he would have to take the card. But first he must sign a contract, binding him responsible for whatever actions he may take. Jack agrees. The boatman then directs Jack’s attention to what is happening near the wreck. The man is revealed to be under the attack of a strange black creature wearing a mask. The Fool000 card shatters into shards of light that flow into Jack. Unlocking his power of Persona. Unlike most persona users, who summon the persona to their aid, Jack takes on the form of the persona himself. He is of the Fool Arcana but is special. He has the ability to shift between 3 persona. Izanagi with the power of slash(bladed) and fire, Reaper with the power of pierce(spear arror or projectile typing) and ice, and Susano-o, with the power strike(blunt) and wind. Jack turns into Izanagi the first to be unlocked of his forms, and fights the shadow attacking the civilian. Upon defeat of a shadow, time resets itself fixing the lives ruined by a particular shadow. The only one to remember the events that passed are the Persona Users. Jack along with his friends,, defeat the shadows in Advent Falls, and help prevent the world from immanent destruction. The Boatman appears once again to inform him that although the threat was averted, Jack would still have to remain bound by his contract, and is the only one to retain their Persona powers.
4 years later, Jack now is a journalist for the Point the local newspaper in Advent Falls. He is assaulted one night by a creature similar to a shadow, and upon trying to ignite the P3 power is taken over by the death arcane and becomes Thanatos. A few days later he regains consciousness in his apartment with no memory of the past events, with no one but his friend Jin in not to good of shape near by. Jin informs Jack that he had to reawaken his Persona to bring Jack back to his senses, as well as that he thought Jack was a shadow. Jin is shocked to discover that he was even able to summon his persona, since he had not been able to for 4 years. Jack soon encounters the Boatman yet again. And is informed that the new threat is not the shadows but creatures called Deaths. Their arrival reignited the other’s persona. And that Jack would have to learn to control his other side before being able to stop them. After defeating several Deaths that would try to attack the city. He discovers that what is drawing them to the city was Jack’s other side. Thanatos being the god of death, was summoning them to this world. And that it was taking the combined power of Izanagi, Reaper, and Susano-o to hold him back. Jack decides to leave Advent Falls so that he cannot hurt anymore people with this curse. He finds a vacant house high in the mountains and resides there for months.
Risa one of Jack’s friends, begins to hear rumors of a strange cursed mountain, where horrific creatures lurked and killed passer bys. Risa along with a new persona user named Colt head to the mountain to investigate. They fall under an attack by a very powerful Death. However they are saved by Jack in Thanatos form. Risa is able to use her Persona’s ability of mind reach to calm Jack back into his original state. Jack explains the situation, and together they decide to help him gain control. Over the next few weeks Risa helps Jack gain more and more control but soon Jack realizes that this is something he must do on his own. Jack leaves once again to find a way to set himself free.
And thus we are caught up to the present.
