So I've officially lost a full 5 pounds off of my no fast food diet. Now I'm getting to the point where you realize that you're diet is working and you get obsessed with everything you put in your mouth, so now I'm hungry all the time again. This is also the point where I usually start gaining the weight back too. I'm not going to let it get me this time though dammit, the scale's needle hasn't been down that far in a year. I set a goal for myself to lose two more pounds by the end of this week, which is a pretty realistic goal, but its really hard to do if your trying. Its really sad because I'm not eating cheating myself out of any food, but I can't eat my dinner now because I'll have nothing to eat tonight, and I will be further pushed to get those double cheese Krystals that I have been craving for the last week. Not going to happen buddy. Its all about self control.
Tomorrow, I take a step up and actually purchase healthy microwave dinners from the grocery store instead of my usual stouffer's meals. I can't believe I actually lost weight off of stouffer's meals, by the way....and tonight running at the gym or a tae-bo video. I think I might actually go to publix today and try one of those dinners...nah,chicken parmsean(sp?) and spaghetti ity tonight baby!!!!
