Well... now you know. And this is that person. She was fused to my soul and we were separated when I got here, but before that happened, she caused a lot of trouble to me and my friends. Long story there, though. A lot of it was my fault to begin with, but still.
It would've been one thing if she was just separated from me after the fusion and then came back, but this one seems to be from before that. And that's a problem, because before she fused with me, she was... not exactly thinking straight, I guess. She hurt so many people to get to me... even without her powers working here, even without that advantage, I don't want all that to happen again, and I definitely don't want her trying to drive my friends away again, either.
I had thought maybe if she came here, it would be from after my school years, and things would be fine that way, but...

This will all sound crazy, but... in my past life, I was a prince with the power to save the world from an evil force in our universe called the Light of Ruin, and she was my best friend. Yubel volunteered to give up her body -- the body she's in now, actually -- to turn into a dragon to be my guardian until my powers became strong enough to fight the Light. And after I learned she underwent the transformation without even telling me, bearing all that pain that came with changing her body and growing new appendages and other things, I promised to love her forever, no matter what anyone said about us.
I remember it because she triggered the memories right before I decided to fuse with her. Before then, I had no idea either, and I just thought that she was jealous of my friends, jealous of Johan for no reason. But she remembers that promise and holds me to it

No, you're right, it doesn't. I don't deny it.
...She wasn't like that after we fused. But before, her mind was just so skewed by pain and... other things... that there's just no convincing her otherwise of anything she doesn't want to hear. If I can't get her to chill out a bit, I don't know what'll happen.

I know she will. Considering she did it last time and all, I don't put it past her in the least. Wouldn't have been such a problem if she'd had that extra time to cool down with other people around me, but I guess somebody out there just really, really likes making life hard for me.
At least she doesn't have her powers here, so she can't really physically hurt them unless she turned her partner on them or something. The best she can probably do is be nasty to them at this point, but I don't want her doing that, either.

I'm the only one she'll even consider listening to... and besides that, she might try to hurt you if she knows you're my friend at this point. Maybe she has no special powers now, but she'd find a way. It's how she managed to send at least two or three people straight to their deaths, but not before manipulating them without them even realizing.

I know, but...! I don't want to end up losing almost everything like I did the first time I tangled with her. It's not worth risking you guys, your friendship, your well-being just to try and show her a little sense.
Though at least here, she can't do the same thing to you she did to the last person she thought was stealing me from her... but I still don't want her driving you off or hurting you.
