Round 2
I started my second round of chemo yesterday, and I go back and get more today and tomorrow. I LOVE THIS SHIT! I know it makes me feel like ass, but they way I look at it is that it's my lifeline, it's my frontline for fighting this cancer shit into remission, and how can that be anything but awesome? So, yeah, I'm a happy camper. Oh, a happy camper who is now losing her hair. It's coming out pretty evenly, though, so I got that going for me, which is nice. LOL
Yesterday, Becca told me that I'm the perkiest chemo patient EVER. Fine by me! :)
In two weeks I get another CAT scan, and we get to see if, and how much, the tumors have shrunk, and on the downside, if the cancer has metastisized anywhere else inside me. The week after that I go back for round 3.
My doctor is very positive about how strong I am and how well I'm fighting the cancer. She was even talking about possible chest radiation if I can eliminate all the tumors in my liver and adrenal gland. WOOT! As you guys know, I'm going at this shit guns blazing, and I'm not even considering anything but super good results. I plan on being around for quite a while, and kicking cancers ass well into my fifties.
