That's down in Skagit Valley, in Washington State. It's known for being that nation's top bulb producer and it's absolutely beautiful to visit during the springtime.

My family visits Skagit Valley every year. We live near Seattle, so it's about a two hour drive up north.
Here are some pictures I took from inside the Roozegaarde tulip garden. Admission is $3, but kids ages 10 and under is free. You can also buy popcorn to eat, and bulbs to take home for your own garden.

As you can see, a lot of the tulips got their heads cut off, visit early if you can. I came here around late April.

It's also a nice place for photography as well. :)
Again, I recommend that you visit sometime before late April. The tulips are in bloom and you can drive past the farms and see the patchworks of color. It's beautiful and peaceful, and best of all, it's free.
