House maintenance
So my parents' house really needs new windows. A lot of them don't close properly because they're wood frames and have been warped by water and weather. It's so bad that the kitchen sink, which is right under a window, has a layer of ice over it where we left some dishes soaking. This is why we have to put the thermostat at 86 degrees and pay like $300 a month on the gas bill in the winter.
