New Ranger spell!

Thought of a new possible spell.  Weedflinger.  It's based on my observation that a weed trimmer can hurl bits of debris with enough velocity as to be at least painful at missle range, slightly injuring at pole, and even moreso at melee.

This idea brought to you by how-far-away-from-the-hubby-I-had-to-stand-while-he-finished-trimming.
