Dresses like a badass[Background]
[Personality]On the outside, Kain would appear to be a tyrant of the worst kind. Selfish, ruthless and with an ego that runs deeper than any other. For the most part that would be an accurate assessment. Kain has single-handedly brought about the destruction of his own world in several instances but the defining moment was when he chose to not sacrifice himself for the sake of restoring Nosgoth.
After that his pride and desire for power grew unchecked and he went on to form an empire of vampires that lasted over a millennia. His view on his own world is adequately fatalistic throughout the series however this is where the first discrepancies in his tyrant image begin to appear. More than once he voices his regret at not being able to give Nosgoth back its innocence even if he should succeed in his plans and restore Nosgoth and himself.
While proud and vain, he is not ignorant of what a monster he has become. On few occasions he even jests about it himself, the most memorable being at the time he reappeared in front of Moebius after Raziel had torn his heart out. “I always was considered heartless”.
He is vengeful to the extreme as was proven when he went out to hunt down his murderers the moment he awakened as a vampire. He relishes the carnage of battle and the suffering of his enemies. Still he also has a very deep respect, bordering on veneration when it comes to blood.
While his reckless personality matured over the thousand of years to some degree, his respect for blood did not wane. While he relishes the carnage battle he hates wasting blood senselessly. As he likes to say; “Blood is the Life”
Once he noticed the cruel destiny he was set upon from the day of his very birth, Kain began forming what could only be considered the gamble of a lifetime. Even so his moves were not without thought. He deduced how Moebius had tricked him into changing history and with this knowledge he sought to change it again to his advantage.
For this he sacrificed his most faithful servant, (his favored son some might say) Raziel to the abyss. To forge a pawn capable of shattering the gameboard he had been placed on before he could even take his first step. He is a man who will suppress his own feelings to achieve his goal. However at the end when it came to the last sacrifice, he showed a strong display of regret over what he’d done to Raziel who despite what he had suffered, still chose to be loyal to Kain at the very end.
“Had I condemned Raziel to this nightmare when I cast him into the abyss?”
He is disdainful of humans and thinks them to be nothing but mindless sheep. In Nosgoth this is actually quite true given how easily manipulated they were by both the Elder God and the Hylden, the ancient nemesis race of the Vampires. Still when not faced with an enemy he can be merciful in a sense. He stumbled once on a servant girl, mutilated and beaten horribly. After she told her story to him he decided to end her suffering and killed her quickly and painlessly.
[Specialties/Abilities] As a Vampire he obtained all of the natural advantages that come with the transformation:
Enhanced Strength: Kain is stronger than any mortal man, able to jump higher and farther than any human that ever lived.
Enhanced Speed: He is far faster than any human. This enables him to evade, dodge, and sidestep projectiles using this inhuman speed.
Tactile Telekinesis: Kain hast his disposal some measure of tactile telekinesis, which allows him to summon weapons and move objects.
He may also feed in this manner by summoning or "calling" blood from either a dead or weakened victim from a distance without biting them. That’s not to mean he doesn’t bite his poor victims. On the contrary. This form of feeding is mostly used in battles where there is no time to follow tradition.
Enhanced Healing: Any injury inflicted on him heals in seconds. This power is limited however, as it cannot replenish the blood mass in their bodies. Impalement and decapitation (or amputation) injures would not heal and are generally 'fatal'. However such deaths are not permanent for him or his kind, enabling them to be raised once again with certain procedures
Claws: Given enough time, human fingernails would develop into vampire claws, providing them with a "natural weapon". Kain is of course no exception to this and will resort to them sometimes during his excursions behind enemy lines.

Explained in detail hereSuperhuman Leap
Superhuman Leap allows Kain to jump vast distances horizontally, but cannot not be used to jump vertically. This enables him to close the distance on his prey quickly making it an excellent attack to deal with targets who don’t want Kain too close to them.
[Affection] Hetero affection is more than welcome though it will take a LOOOOOOT of work to get him even a little interested. With males the most you can hope is a grudging camaraderie unless you happen to be Raziel in which case he might actually treat you like a son
[Fighting] Oh hell yea. Bring it on. He is a character that LIVES for the carnage of conflict.
[Other Permissions] Reading mind is AOK. You might not like what you'll find though. 4th Walling is also alright but he's not likely to buy once cent of your words. A skeptic and pessimist to the end.
