Dear Vagrants,
I really don't mind very much when you go through my blue bags for the occasional five cent bottle that is in there. There are those of you who untie the bag, take out what you want, and retie the bag. I have nothing against your entrepreneurial spirit.
But when you rip open the side of the bag, and dump everything into the garbage can, so the recycling people won't pick it up, it really pisses me off!
Rest assured there will be nothing worth a nickle in our blue bags from now on, so you've kind of screwed yourselves now, haven't you.
