*coughs* Somehow, the fact that Hobbes might have a girlfriend/wife is not the most interesting thing I took away from those clips... but then I'm not into Erica/Hobbes ;)

Hobbes blowing up my poor Oded, Ryan getting beat up, Erica and Joe and a bunch of people being held hostage, Jack being laicized...

I have this very strong feeling in my gut there is more to that than Hobbes merily trying to save this Sarah chick.
And serious bummer about not keeping Oded Fehr on longer than 3 episodes.... I'm with ya there.

Ryan getting beat up
Yeah I've been wondering how it is they get him.
It seems he went looking for them, but they were obviously waiting for him.
Also the eppy stills showed us some clear lizard eye, so I'm definitelly looking forward to that.

Erica and Joe and a bunch of people being held hostage
I'd seen the on set pics a few months ago, so not that shocking to me.
I've actually startes to think them being held "hostage" is more of a cover up.

Jack being laicized
That to me was the most predictable bit...
How they handle it from now on is what will make it interesting...
Erica/Jack romance? Jack being all angst for being kicked out OR chosing to toughen up instead? etc...

I'm so sad about Eli dying, I really liked the character and it seems like everyone outside ally they get dies with a few episodes and Jack being laicized was predictable but I kind of look forward to the rest of the group dealing with that cause its a big change

Agree, Jack no priest anymore it's a good thing. He'll be fully with the team and help them, his morals kept the team going forward.

I'm a little bummed about Jack being laicized because I'm a total sucker for the 'warrior priest' archetype but I like the fact that it shows some forward movement, not just keeping things in stasis. And Eli... sigh. Sure, he was kind of an ass, but he was OUR ass. And I've loved Oded since the Mummy movies...
