April: Word Count
With Script Frenzy, my word count for this month was much more impressive than for all of the previous months combined, coming in at 23,143 words! Yay. \o/
It looks like the trend from the previous few months in continuing and I sincerely hope that it keeps going like this, though I know it won't happen all year. If nothing else, there is no way that December's word count will top November's, not with NaNo, especially if I manage last year's count again.
The only downside is that my goal for this month was 115,080 words and instead I'm only at 42,328 words so far for the year. Yes, I know more than half of that was achieved this month, but that still leaves me 72,752 words behind schedule.
*gulp*
The good news is that I've already managed to start 2 new original stories this month and 1 new Numb3rs drabble (that so came out of left field, I was getting ready for bed last night/this morning and wham, there it was, blasted thing). So I'm optimistic.
