oh, sweet jesus...
I have just constructed the sickest ice cream cake.
I'm so scared.
I call it Instant Diabetes, the idea being that if you manage to eat the entire thing, presto-change-o, you've got diabetes now. In fact, I feel a bit ill just knowing that it is sitting there lustily in my freezer.
Details (not for the faint of heart)
The layers go as follows(bottom to top):
1.Brownie
2.Fudge
3.Dark chocolate ice cream
3.Brownie with walnuts and swirls of caramel
4.Peanut Butter ice cream
5.Rum cake
6.Vanilla ice cream
I haven't yet decided what to garnish it with. If I had access to gold flakes, that would seem appropriate.
