oh...my...wow...Veronica Mars makes me cry yet again and this time in a completely meta way. I just saw the last two episodes and....this makes me really depressed....not that the show got canceled, because well I was ready for it. After this past season I was longing for it to die a dignified death, save some honor, but this was just a punch in the gut. (on that note....why do I so enjoy seeing other people's ex boyfriends beating the crap out of people to defend the lady's reputation? what does that say about me?) If only Rob had not been such an idiot...if the rest of this past season had been anywhere close to the quality of the last two episodes, the show would not have gotten killed. This was 1st season, this was VM being honorable and conscious of peoples feelings. This was exciting and mysterious. And apparently all it took was for VM to become an outcast again, just as i have been saying all season. i cant say that I like the ending though...i don't know if I don't get it or if its just weird. :SIGH: This does give me hope that maybe RT will have learned something from this and doesn't write his next show into the ground as soon as it gets popular. Well..at least now the characters are in the hands of the fan writers and those have been doing more interesting things with the characters than the canon so...
