These past few months, I have been conducting interviews in my role as an Olympic newscaster.

I came across a new challenge.

I had an interview with with Japan's Olympic Baseball team's coach, Coach Hoshino Senichi.

Unlike the interviews that I've conducted up till now, this time it's with the coach and not the athletes.

お疲れさま is used a lot in Japan. My colleagues greet each other with o-tsukaresama when they see each other in the toilet. Literally, it means it's been tiring for you. It's just a form of greeting, but most importantly, it is sued at the end of the day, when one is about to leave the office. I will say, O saki-ni, which means I am off. To which my colleagues would reply, o-tsukaresama.

Sho says otsukare ore, meaning he is saying otsukare to himself, for the end of the filming.
