Reminded of a High School episode at work-
While watching tv with a group of friends, surfing for TV movies:

A: So is this in English? Or does it have English subtitles?
B: Racist! So you're saying anything not in Enlish is wrong?!
A: uh, no, it's just I wouldn't understand it if it's not in English...

God, teenage mind&body&soul + high school = NO GOOD (*expletive has been removed for decency's sake)
Seeing all of us age (see how I won't say "grow up"), it's a wonderment of the human mind how we each overcame this era. Maybe not "overcome", as much as "find a way to either pretend it didn't happen or say you've grown up".

Then again, seeing some people, sometimes I wonder if some of us ever "got over" this age.

(*snaps awake)

Crap! What was I talking about? high what? oh that... hell hole.... _0 years ago? ...earth got so frozen all the sudden...

(*snaps awake)

Wha,what? Did I miss something?!

Actually, the kind of stuff like the conversation at the beginning of this post, is more like what to do, in interim between high school and whatever comes after high school. Basically, once you get out of high school, you're free. This is where you get to be as dumb as you can be and get away with it! Like making sincere arguments that tv media planned sculpted and programmed all of our mindsets, or Teriyaki burgers are U.S.'s way to oppress Japan, or L.A. Taco trucks are U.S. conspiracy to soil the food truck industry, or Pearl Harbor never happened.
(dumb = not stupid, just out-there)
(also higher probability than high school someone'll be willing to debate)(those are fun)

your friendly neighbor, here i go again
