Hahaha, SMC just links to move.com and rentmove.com and moveyourrent.com, you know they're all basically the same exact fuckin' website but it gives you variety in layout colors. Which, sadly, kind of takes away from listings variety.

I just found a studio (all by myself, no smelly hippy roommates) for $600... It's in the decent renovated part of downtown and apparently there's a lot of other places like it around here - singles and mini lofts in old buildings that aren't too expensive because downtown still has a funky rep, but not decrepit either. It really depends on how far you're willing to travel.
