Well. The annoying raincloud seems to have vanished for good. I thought it might have gone yesterday, only to have it reappear late in the afternoon, when I could not find my pen and ink pot. So far today, however, it has not returned. I presume this means that whatever curse was thrust upon me has ended.

Tomorrow is the first day of December. Does this City observe the Christmas holidays?
