Cleaning up @uwaterloo email

Does anyone know of a quick way to purge the @uwaterloo.ca email account of junk mail? I'm a returning student and would like to be able to use this address again, but the spam is driving me crazy and Blacklisting hasn't helped much. Maybe I have to resort to my @alumni.uwaterloo address which I receive at my gmail account.

Any help would be appreciated :)
