Back at the lair

The silver bullet burned in Lucian's stomach. Damn Soren! he thought. He would tear that vampire apart if he could. It was little consolation, but the lycan leader could at least hope the wretched janissary had burned to death.

Lucian had run like hell from the vampire mansion, and now he was starting to feel the exhaustion as badly as the bullet wound, but at least he'd made it back to the city. Pulling up a manhole cover, he slipped into the sewers and could finally breath a sigh of relief. It appeared that everything was too chaotic for the vampires to chase him. He felt suddenly worried though, hoping that Raze and the others had made it back okay.

Reaching down, Lucian opened his shirt so he could push the bullet out. To his surprise and dismay, the wound was swollen badly but also partially healed. He'd waited to long, and now he'd have to dig it out the old fashioned way. Lucian winced as soon as he tried to pull it from his inflamed flesh. This wasn't going to work either. He'd have to get back to the den and have someone remove it...Michael, obviously since Singe was dead.

With a fortifying breath, the lycan leader continued through the tunnels. He knew them like the back of his hand by now. Finally he arrived in the area beneath the city that the lycans claimed as their own. He was nearly at the infirmary when he stumbled against one of the coarse, concrete walls. Lucian clenched his teeth to hold back the pain. He had to get to the infirmary. It was just around the corner and down the hall, he could make that.

(ooc: If any lycans or Michael want to make an appearence, go for it.)
