Yay I get to draft a petition for damages. Too bad it's for homework and not for work.

Lol, Finally! I've been wanting to learn how to do this. It's just one more step in the right direction, I hope. I was working on it at work and Stephen saw me working on it. He was more fascinated for the fact that my teacher was his old paralegal and that the pleading we were using as a model was one he had written. Small world I suppose.

We just moved into our new office this last Thursday and I can say I'm more or less disappointed with where I ended up at. I'm as far way as possible from the windows which I asked to be by. And I have to walk around the whole room to get from my files to my computer. Why is this a problem? Because I file everything and I often need to looks something up on my computer before filing something. That means I have to walk back and forth over and over just to get something done. It waste time. I pointed this out and Stephen just said I complain a lot. I look at it as, I find problems easily. I walked pass Jill so many times today she began to notice and I told her it would make things a whole lot easier if I had a computer on this side of the cubicals so I can file, make labels, and make files faster. She said she would try mentioning to Stephen that it might be better to move me to that side of the room. See, I'm not the only one thinking this. I doubt he will move me though. it's not like he to make change so quickly. It took two months for him to add a discovery file.

I'm looking forward to things moving up. I'm having my suspicions that he placed my desk right in front of Chase's office for a reason.
