many multifandom icons

Here's my entry for round 13: icon crossing for somein30! It was quite a challenge, but I feel pretty good about the results. I scrapped some icons and I have a lot of alts. I feel like I did of a lot of center crop + subject + text this round, although I only noticed this when I was pretty much finished. Ahhh, at least my set will look semi-cohesive for

Awesome work! Ooh you're right, the center crop + text style does make this cohesive, and they all look great too. I especially love the fun way the colors are switched in the words in 5 (the purple glow also looks AMAZING). 8 is maybe my top favorite, yellow/cyan combo always works for me, especially this bright and vibrant! ♥ Plus its another icon with wonderful use of glowiness and negative space and the text is really lovely too, a small, elegant font fits this one well. Speaking of awesome text, the big blocky text in 9 looks awesome too and fits the comedic vibe super well!

Wow 11 is super pretty - the lighting is gorgeously soft and lovely. As someone who works with LOST caps all the time, the lighting is often sooo hard to work with (so much bright backlighting!! So many harsh, dark shadows on people's faces!), so how you got such a soft, glowy result is beyond me!
The composition in 14 is gorgeous, I really like how you switched around the bw/color blocks comapred to the second parent, and the border texture adds a really nice touch too.
Finally, 20 is another really great use of background text (I really like the whimsical font that creates a ~smoky vibe!), and I adore the extra vibrant greens in this one.

I also love 23, 30 and 31 from the alts!

And yes, Lost caps are certainly a challenge but I'm happy with the end results! It might looks like the simplest icon in the bunch but it certainly wasn't lol
