I love the first day or two after invites go out.  Getting all the yes respones is a constant thrill.  Of course, the nos are hard but since I sort of assume I will be missing lots of the total availible talent pool, I can take them OK.  But the suprise yeses really make up for it.  Whether its first time instructors who just got eligible for their invites or old friends who we have missed for a couple of years its nothing but awesome.  I boggles the mind how good this thing would be if I could get them all.

I cant post any specifics here, since its not public knowledge yet but it sure is exiting.
