I have received 4 complaints about you and your roomates having
parties,
hanging out on the fire escape while drinking, urinating and vomiting.
This
behavior violates conditions of your lease and are subjected to fines.
This
is your only warning.
The tenants in both buildings are sick of your disturbances and will
call
the police the next time anything happens again.
If anything else happens again I will also contact your co-signers that
night, implement all fines according to your lease and call
northeastern
university and/or any other schools that you and your roomates attend.
Please stop doing this. I understand that you guys want to have a good
time
but when you begin to cause a disturbance to my other tenants and to my
apartment, it becomes a huge problem. If you have people over, STAY
INSIDE!!! DO NOT HAVE MORE THAN 5 PEOPLE OVER. DO NOT HAVE A PARTY -
GO TO
THE PARTY AND DISTURB SOMEONE'S TENANTS AND BUILDING.
MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ROOMATES SEE THIS EMAIL. The guys below you have
