Summary: This fear… it’s overwhelming. It’s consuming, and it’s tearing me apart. The unknown, and death. What will happen to us? Can we really just abandon our existence? I wish I knew. I think many people wish they knew.
When we’re young, we don’t think about death, we don’t ponder it, and we surely don’t question it. How can it happen so often and yet, we don’t know anything about it? Is there actually an afterlife? I’ve heard from someone before that death is just an eternal slumber, whether we dream or experience nightmares - that just isn’t my place to say. I can’t, but I wish I could.

Notes: I want(ed) to keep the summary and beginning very vague, I also wanted this story to be extremely different from the norm. This is a fic that I started on a long time ago; mid-December. As of now I have the 1st chapter done, I just need to beta it and it will be ready to post.
