Taking the Cockpit Voice Recorder transcripts from 6 air disasters might not sound a great premise for 75 minutes entertainment... but, it's totally compelling... how routine situations spiral out of control in moments, how humans become trained to use their automated tools instead of their intuition, and how sometimes fate conspires to (partially) rescue the fortunate when all seems lost.
Using a simple set (as if from a bird strike view of the cockpit), these faithful renditions put quite an emotional strain on the watcher, though.
An insight into flying (or rather, the absence of it) which not suitable for anyone even faintly nervous about air travel - and very loud!
Getting a program is essential, because it covers the backstories to each of the disasters, including root cause, etc, and one or two probably don't make sense if you don't know what happened around the incidents.
Adventurous theatre - I give it 3.5 out of 5.
