Fragmented Telecoms
ARGH!
Our main phone line is dead at the moment (can call out, can't get calls in - has been like this since last Thursday, won't be fixed until next Thursday at the earliest - we've had one visit and the dweeb failed to fix it).
I have a broadband voice line that I thought I could press into action as a backup - I'd been meaning to install it, and being cut off made me finish the job.
Anyway, its number starts 056... and it turns out that Orange mobile users can't call 056 numbers, and nor can Telewest customers.
What bloody use is that to me? NONE AT ALL!
So I'm currently blissfully unaware of special offers of cruises or double glazing... or any other phone calls for that matter. =(
