(no subject)
What a great weekend. Jeremy got off of work early on Thursday and Friday. We went to his sisters house Friday evening. Had dinner and then just hung out and played washews. We won! :) Saturday we hung around until the afternoon when my mom came and picked us up. We went shopping to find Katie a present for her graduation. I picked out a really adorable necklace with a cross on it. She'll love it. Then we came home to pack up some stuff for the park. Went to Meijer to get some other stuff and then headed out to Stony Creek. Barbecued and then let David go swimming for a while. It was so nice just to relax outside for a while.
After my mom dropped us off we took off right away to go out to Kipp's to watch the Piston's game. Quite obviously they're not doing very well right now. It was nice to see Kipp and my dad though. We left there around 11-11:30.
Yesterday we did a bunch of shopping. I had to buy crystals so I could make my serving set for the wedding. The first part turned out all right, but I didn't buy enough beads. So, we have to go back again this week so I can do the knife.
After shopping we hung around the apartment for a while. And then left around 8 to go out to my mom's and have a little bonfire. Kipp and Sara showed up and then shortly after them Jamie, Katie and Laura came over. Kipp set off a few fire works...a few of which scared the crap out of David. And then at the end of the night David was attempting to get Sara to come to bed with him. :) "But she is my love," he kept saying. Left there around midnight.
Today, we took our time getting up and getting ready. Then went to his mom's house for the day. Played a bunch of card games with the family. Then we went out side to rollerblade in the back parking lot. Skated around for a little while and then got out the hockey sticks. Jeremy and I beat Alison and Nate 5-3. Al and Nate went to skate around the block so Jeremy and I played a little one on one. I won 5-1. Yeah, that's right...I'm awesome. :)
Anyway...we're just chilling out now. Relaxing before we both have to go back to work tomorrow.
