I forgot to update about this earlier. But I found out on Skivhiving that Uncle Matt will be marrying Jeremy and I. For those of you who didn't know...we couldn't get Jeremy's pastor to do the wedding because he was busy that day. I know that people can be ordained to do weddings. So at the pig roast this year we asked Matt to be ordained so that he could marry us. And at Skivhiving he told us yes. YAY!!!! it's going to be so awesome.
Jeremy and I bought a book on wedding ceremony. We read the entire freaking thing in like one night and decided on everything for the ceremony. Also, I can't recall if I wrote about it before, but we're going to be doing the sand ceremony. Which is when, instead of using a unity candle, Jeremy and I will each have seperate bottles of sand and there will be on empty bottle of sand. jeremy and I will pour sand in one at a time to symbolize our individuality and then we will both pour at the same time to symbolize the joining of our lives. Obviously, the same concept of a unity candle but a little more fitting for the wedding.
